How to Set the Temperature of Gas Wall-hanging Boiler for the Most Energy-saving Gas Wall-hanging Boiler
1. What is the most energy-saving temperature set for gas wall-mounted boilers
In winter, when the temperature of wall-mounted furnace heating room is set to 20 C, it is most suitable. Because the water temperature of the wall-mounted stove will be set at about 60 degrees Celsius, the best time to save gas, that is, at this time the best energy is the least, the most energy-saving, avoid unnecessary consumption.
If the heating temperature is set between 16 and 26 degrees centigrade according to the standard, the wall-mounted boiler temperature can be set at 24-25 degrees centigrade if it is afraid of cold or the heat storage efficiency of the house is low. At this temperature, the human body does not feel warm and cold, and the capillaries inside the body relax and balance, making people feel very comfortable.
In winter, the water temperature of wall-hanging stove should not be set at more than 50 degrees Celsius. The water temperature of bathing in winter is generally about 42 degrees Celsius, while in summer it is about 37 degrees Celsius.
The anti-scaling characteristics of wall-mounted furnaces also determine that the possibility of scaling will be greatly increased when the set water temperature of domestic water exceeds 50 C. The scale will inevitably affect the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment.
2. Misunderstanding of Temperature Setting of Gas Wall-mounted Boiler
At present, there is a comment on the market that setting the temperature of gas wall-mounted boiler at the highest temperature is the most energy-saving, and using floor heating temperature at 40 degrees Celsius is the least energy-saving. This statement sounds reasonable, but it is very one-sided. It only looks at the conclusion that the wall-mounted boiler works at two working points of maximum load and minimum load. The actual operating conditions are not set at the highest temperature to work at full load, and at the lowest temperature to work at the lowest load. Only when the working heat load, efficiency and working time are determined, can we compare energy saving and non-energy saving.
3. Smart Ways of Gas Wall-mounted Boiler
1. The water temperature of gas wall-mounted furnace should not exceed 50 C.
The water temperature of bathing in winter is generally about 42 degrees Celsius, while in summer it is about 37 degrees Celsius. The anti-scaling characteristics of gas wall-mounted furnace also determine that the possibility of scaling will be greatly increased when the set water temperature of domestic water exceeds 50 C, and the scaling will inevitably affect the heat transfer efficiency of equipment.
2. Indoor temperature should not be overheated
When heating, don't heat the room too high. According to statistics, heating the room to 19 degrees Celsius consumes 10% more energy than heating to 18 degrees Celsius.
3. When nobody is at home, it is not appropriate to shut down the gas wall-mounted stove, and the gear should be lowest.
Many workers are accustomed to shutting down the gas wall-hanging stove when nobody is at home, and then putting it in high-grade for rapid heating after work, which is very unscientific. After 9 hours of room cooling, the boiler needs to run in a big fire because of the large temperature difference between room temperature and setting temperature. This will not save energy, but will waste more gas. The scientific method is to adjust the room temperature slightly by the room temperature controller. If there is no room temperature controller, the heating temperature of the wall-hanging furnace can be set to the lowest directly. During this period, the boiler will intermittently burn in small fires to compensate for the heat loss of the room. In this way, we can not only save energy but also enjoy the warmth when we get home.
4. At night, the indoor temperature should be 2-3 C lower than that in daytime.
When entering the night state, the room temperature can be properly adjusted to 2-3 degrees below the daytime temperature, which is also more conducive to energy saving.
